Welcome to the new VISIONx, Inc. Support Portal for VisionGauge® products, including the VisionGauge® Digital Optical Comparator. This portal allows customers with VisionGauge® products to access resources to help them troubleshoot problems through our FAQs, learn how to use systems with the VisionGauge® Training Videos, and to log and track support cases.
All customers may register for an account to request support, but only companies with a current and valid
VisionGauge® Annual Support and Update Program (ASUP) will have full access to the VisionGauge® Training Videos section and the majority of the troubleshooting FAQ's for self-service.
When signing up for a new account, please include as much information as possible about your existing system, including the serial number (formatted as X-XXX-XXX, usually found on a sticker on the side of your system), so we can identify your company in our database and activate your account, if applicable, immediately.
